I live alone with my dogs in a unique building where I have also operated a store in the past.
I often have various roommates living with me at any given time.
This can be anywhere from just me and the dogs, upwards to 5 or 6 people sprawled out on couches and cots.
Currently, a private room is available and it is possible to frame out another room as a bedroom for the opportunity of more privacy for other tenants.
I also have a few couches and cots around which are available at different rates and with different rules.

I have a unique lifestyle with erratic times I am awake.
I can be extremely quiet for days and extremely loud for days on end making art and doing construction.
It all depends on what is going on.
It will be expected that the roommate will have some weekly chores.
I am open to animals of all kinds.
I am willing to figure out how to make accommodations for your animals.
It will not be free, but, I am reasonable and willing to help you to help me.
The building is mostly unfinished and lacks some comforts, however is extremely livable.
Just a bit unique.
There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower.
Stairs are necessary here.
Heating is all done with wood.
This sometimes requires tending the fire and moving firewood.
There is, and will be, absolutely NO OTHER FORMS OF HEATING.
I am willing to help with figuring how to get you necessary living essentials.
