*GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION* The Marketing Analyst is a vital member of the global marketing team, responsible for providing essential support in executing marketing strategies and initiatives to our global business.
They will collaborate and provide support to sales and marketing departments in US, Europe, India, Asia and Australia by coordinating and developing marketing presence and efforts to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth.
They will be a key contributor to the execution of all marketing and media initiatives, from conception to completion, exhibiting strong presence and performing within schedules and budgets, to achieve the company’s growth targets.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* *Content Creation & Management* 1.
Lead in the planning, illustrating, preparing, and executing of all design content in relation to print and graphics including but not limited to collateral, website, ads, social media, and trade show materials.
2.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather assets and content, coordinate new material creation as needed for campaign execution.
3.
Manage brand and style guidelines in all marketing materials to ensure consistency and engagement.
4.
Develop and maintain an inventory and directory of digital assets and sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current.
Identify a digital asset management system if necessary.
*Campaign Support* 1.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
2.
Collaborate with teams and departments to ensure marketing campaigns are effective to achieve company goals.
3.
Communicate marketing campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines while providing instructions for promotion or use.
4.
Coordinate, plan and/or manage trade shows, conferences, customer events, webinars, trainings, and meetings.
*Digital Marketing* 1.
Manage the company's online presence in website and social media platforms 2.
Conceptualize, design and implement website changes or developments, and execute using internal or external website-developer resources.
3.
Drive the coordination, creation and editing of social media content, including monitoring and responding to inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
4.
Lead and implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility and traffic, and assist with analysis of website analytics, social media insights, and campaign performance metrics etc.
*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* · Bachelor's degree in marketing or graphic design, and/or at least 2+ years’ equivalent work experience · Experience and working proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and all associated graphics file types · A strong eye for visual composition · Experience with social media management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.
