HCP Talent is collaborating with a Long Term Care/Rehabilitation Facility (80 beds) in Wellsville, NY that is seeking a Registered Nurse (Floor Nurse) for a full-time morning (6am-2pm) evening (2pm-10pm) or overnight (10pm-6am) position***New Grads Welcome*** RN Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
Performs nursing functions as needed on a regular basis.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed understanding the dosages, effects, and reactions to medications.
Ensures all aspects of care is provided.
Administer general nursing care to patients in the assigned area under the direct supervision of the RN Unit Manager and RN Supervisor Maintain accurate documentation in records.
Check control drugs, review lab reports, review physician orders.
Inform the Physician orders are transcribed and carried out in a timely manner and other RN duties within the Scope of RN responsibilities.
