A reputable healthcare system in the Finger Lakes Region of New York is searching for a Nurse Manager for its Long-Term Care facility.
The Nurse Manager implements strategies and activities designed to achieve superior quality, exceptional patient safety, and outstanding patient/family experience.
You will promote an environment that fosters staff development, staff empowerment, employee relationships, and best practice in delivering nursing care.

_Responsibilities:_
* Supervise, train, educate, and mentor clinical staff within the facility.
* Assist in the recruitment, selection, and retention of clinical staff.
* Coordinate care across department lines, focusing on systems that promote collaboration and open communication.
* Allocate resources to promote efficient, effective, compassionate, and fiscally responsible nursing care.
* Utilize nursing research, nursing literature, and evidenced-based information to find innovative solutions to achieve the best patient outcomes and enhance the patient/family experience.
_Qualifications:_
* Graduate from an accredited RN Program.
* A BSN or MSN is preferred.
* Active RN license.
* 2+ years of RN experience
* LTC experience is required.

* Pay; $75,000-$85,000, depending on experience.
