*Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)*

*Blended Rate: $1600/WK*
*Stipend: $910/WK*
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments and procedures, as directed by the healthcare team
* Monitor and assess patients' condition, documenting any changes in medical records
* Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement care plans for patients
* Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to infection control protocols
* Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and preventive measures
*Requirements:*
* Valid LPN license in the state of New York
* Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting
