Shift Schedule: 40hr/Wk - 5x8's - Mon - Fri
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
* Provide evidence-based, client-centered counseling and therapy sessions.
* Offer crisis intervention and support during emergency situations.
* Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care, such as medical personnel, educators, and community organizations.
* Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate access to necessary resources and services
*Requirements:*
* Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
* Possession of a valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification.
* Proven experience providing counseling and therapy in a social work setting.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing the social work profession.
* Empathy, compassion, and a strong desire to help others.
* Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software.
