*Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor*

Job Responsibilities:
* Provide supervision, guidance, and support to nursing staff, including nurses, nurse aides, and other healthcare professionals.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of nurses, providing feedback and coaching to optimize their skills and knowledge.
* Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and plan patient care, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
* Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action to achieve excellence in patient care.
* Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction levels, taking steps to address any concerns and implement strategies for improvement.
* Assist in the recruitment and retention of nursing staff, participating in the hiring process and providing orientation and training to new employees.
Qualifications:
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
* Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
