Responsibilities: - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans - Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive care, and discharge planning Requirements: - Valid Nurse Practitioner license - Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner - Certification as a Nurse Practitioner - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Ability to lift and move patients as needed Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
