```Responsibilities``` - Provide direct care and support to individuals in accordance with their personalized care plans - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Administer medication as prescribed and ensure proper documentation - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment - Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe environment - Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation - Document all care provided accurately and timely ```Qualifications``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures - Ability to perform IV insertion, specimen collection processing, gastric lavage, ophthalmology procedures, dementia care, patient assessment, medical documentation, medication administration, and tube feeding (as required) - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team - Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change as per the needs of our organization.
