Monitor and uphold job descriptions for all nursing services personnel.
Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies as requested by the DON and ADON.
Conduct routine rounds of the Nursing Services Department to ensure that all nursing service personnel are delivering care in line with the highest nursing standards.
RN Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements: Hold a valid RN License in the State of New York A minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care, including managerial roles, is preferred.
