*Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) full time needed at a Skilled Nursing Facility.
*HCP Talent is collaborating with a Skilled Nursing Facility (80 beds) in Wellsville, NY that is looking for an ADON to join their team.

* Oversee our dedicated Nursing Personnel to ensure every resident receives the best care.
* Act as the vital bridge between nursing staff, management, physicians, and families of residents.
* Resolve nursing and unit challenges with clarity and compassion.
* Regularly attend and supervise wound care sessions and actively participate in facility surveys.
*Requirements:* * Valid NYS RN license * 1 year of Long Term Care experience required * leadership and management skills * COVID Vaccination Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.
00 - $100,000.
