Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Administer payroll and benefits programs
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions on HR topics for employees and managers
- Collaborate with management to develop workforce planning strategies
- Implement HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize HRIS systems (such as Oracle or Ceridian) to manage employee data and generate reports
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
-Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis related to HR functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
