Availability Required Monday-Friday 5 PM-10PM $15.

Responsibilities: Oversee the cleaning of multiple office locations, ensuring that everything is done to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Provide guidance, support, and motivation to our cleaning team, ensuring that every job is completed to the best of everyone's abilities.
Ensure that all cleaning materials and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules and job completions.
Ability to perform physical aspects of the position, including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed What you bring to the table: Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a love for helping others.
