Lead Line Cook

Main Deck, a stunning lakefront restaurant on Keuka Lake in Penn Yan, NY, is conducting a search for Lead Line Cooks.
Qualified candidates will ideally have education in the culinary arts and possess the culinary expertise to assist the Executive Chef in creating popular dishes.
Candidates will be able to operate efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Candidates will assist Chef in training less experienced line and prep cooks and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Candidates will demonstrate a desire to learn and grow.
Ability to work and collaborate with others becoming a team leader, responding quickly to requests, solving problems quickly, demonstrating superior kitchen operational skills, and being completely reliable are required attributes.
