Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations - Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints Qualifications: - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Skills: - Food handling: Knowledge of safe food handling practices to prevent contamination - Hospitality: Ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers - Help: Willingness to assist customers with their needs and provide exceptional service - Basic math: Proficiency in basic math calculations for cash handling and order totals - Food service: Understanding of proper serving techniques and etiquette in a restaurant setting - Catering: Experience in catering events or functions, including setting up and serving drinks - Cash handling: Ability to accurately handle cash transactions, give change, and process payments - Math: Strong math skills for calculating drink recipes, measuring ingredients, and processing payments accurately - Sales: Ability to upsell menu items or suggest additional drinks based on customer preferences - Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills to provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to customers.
