Food and Beverage Manager

Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager will supervise two seasonal restaurants during the 2023 - 2024 ski season.
Personable, hardworking with attention to detail.
Additional hours managing food portion for events and festivals pre and post ski season.
Pre-season responsibilities include setting up kitchens and hiring staff; in-season responsibilities include food ordering, budget supervision, staff management; and post-season includes inventory and closing the kitchen.
Potential for year-round position.
