is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Office Manager.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities: Call leads and potential clients to provide information about our services and schedule appointments.
Manage scheduling for the entire team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of tasks.
Handle payroll duties, including processing timesheets, calculating wages, and ensuring accurate and timely payment.
Generate data reports and analyze information to help drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring their availability and functionality.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other company events, including handling logistics and preparing necessary materials.
Review and improve office procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements: Must provide own space and desktop/telephone with low background noise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong Computer Skills and ability to self-learn Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with payroll software and data analysis tools is a plus.
