Dickinson is looking for a full-time Administrative Support Staff who is responsible for providing receptionist duties and various clerical and billing duties for the Outpatient Clinic.
The Administrative Support Staff greets visitors, answers phones, checks consumers in and out for services, schedules appointments and works closely with the clinicians.
This position is scheduled during normal business hours Monday-Friday.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Education
High school diploma
Experience
Previous clerical experience preferred.
Typing speed 40+ wpm
Experience working with medical billing and an electronic health record preferred.
Certifications & Licenses
Valid Driver's license.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear.
Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 10% of the time.
